- Excellent book to read. Would highly recommend to anyone for a great/quick read. I was never not interested in anything. And I don’t usually enjoy books all that much. Feels great to support a fellow officer/coworker at the same time.

This definition should be changed to; “an event that one either retract into a negative abyss or grow into a person that will change the world for the better. Hard to believe Jeremy and his family went through all of this only to come out the other side wanted to improve the lives of people he’s never met before. This should be required reading for anybody struggling with a significant, negative event in their lives.
- This book was inspirational from start to finish. I think it's easy to forget my own fortune and blessings in life, and stories like these remind me to be grateful and give back. I truly enjoyed reading about the challenges Jeremy has faced throughout his life. I was brought to tears and couldn't stop reading. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to read something good for a change. We need more people who are willing to spend their lives in service!
- An outstanding quick read that highlights the daily struggles of local law enforcement on a personal and professional level. This book reinforces that most police officers are genuinely invested in making their communities a better place and I would recommend that every officer read and reflect on Jeremy’s story. We should all strive to do more everyday.
- This should be required reading for all police officers whether you're a rookie, veteran or wanting to become a law enforcement officer. Jeremy struggle to find answers as to why he was facing so many life changing events came to him when he most needed it. The answer he sought propelled him to make changes in his community, his beat his life. One man can make a difference.
